Sempa, is a young man that showed up as we were building our Children's Home in Buikwe, Uganda.  He is a happy little boy that just wants a chance to learn, grow and be happy.

Sempa is being raised by his grandmother who  is terminally ill.  His mother is a prostitute that has abandoned him with her Mom to raise him alone.   He came to me on my last visit and we gave him a children's book but is unable to read it.  He has never been in school and needs a sponsor desperately.  We have authorized Moses to purchase uniforms, clothes and enroll him in school this week.  Hopefully, we can find a sponsor for him to help us give him chance at new life.
