Agnes lives with her grandmother, and other two siblings, after the death of their father, they have nothing to put on the table, Agnes and the siblings  used to stay without food for days until their poor grandmother picked them. Agnies younger brother is 1yr and is mulnurous due to absence of proper meal. 

Agnes is at a proper stage of starting pre-school because of poverty in the family she has failed. The sponsorship we see Aginess get quality preschool education in addition to proper meals, school supplies, medical care, clothes and other basic needs.
